Returns and Exchanges
Here at A-viva Beauty we always want you to be happy with your purchases. If you decide
Exchanges can be arranged under the following circumstances:
- Defective Items- If your item is not working properly when you receive it, please first check the items manual. You will be able to find “troubleshooting” and any information you need to get started using your product. If the item is not working properly and you are unable to solve the problem, please send us and email to request and exchange explaining the problem. Then ship the item back to us within 3 days so we can replace it for you right away with a new one.
- Damaged Items- If your item is damaged when you receive it, please email us right away and send the item back within 3 days so that we may replace it for you with a new one.
- Wrong Item- If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item please contact us right away and send the item back within 3 days so that we may send you the correct item.
