Why did I not receive a printout of my invoice with my package?
Here at A-viva Beauty we do our best to practice sustainable “green” business policies whenever possible. In order to conserve paper we follow a paperless invoicing system by sending your invoice by e-mail.

Are the products you sell authentic and new?
Yes. A-viva Beauty is an authorized distributor of all of the products we sell.  All items are brand new in their packaging, never used.

What will my personal information I enter be used for?
Your personal information will only be used for ordering and shipping purposes only. This is a secure site and we will never share or sell your information to anyone.

Once I place my order how long will it take to receive it?
We do our best to get your order packaged and shipped within the same day or one day after it is placed.  If you reside within the continental United States, your order is estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days.  International orders will arrive in approximately 5-10 business days.  

I may not be home or available during normal delivery hours. What options do I have?  
The USPS Or FedEx will usually leave your package at your front door. If you are not comfortable with this, please send an email to aviva.beauty@gmail.com  when you place your order so that we can request a signature upon delivery for you.
 
Oops, I accidentally typed in the wrong address when I was placing my order! What should I do?
Please contact us immediately by sending an email to us at aviva.beauty@gmail.com  so that we are able correct your address before your item is shipped .  Once your order has shipped we are unable to make changes, so please take extra care to give us the correct information.

Am I able to check the cost of shipping before I place my order?

Shipping within the USA is FREE!

For International Buyers: 
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination of shipping.  To check this amount simply place the products you are planning to order into the shopping cart, proceed to check out, and enter the shipping address.  Select your preferred shipping method (make sure to select the international shipping method for international orders).  Once you proceed to the next screen your shipping cost will appear.  You will be able to cancel or save your order before completing your purchase.  

I received my order and my product isn’t working! What should I do?
If you have tried using your product and it isn’t working please send us an email at a and send the item back to us within 3 days so that we can replace it for you right away.

I have just emailed/called you.  When can I expect an answer?
Here at A-viva Beauty we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, so we will answer your e-mails or phone calls as quickly as possible.  We check our messages constantly throughout the day.  Please allow 12-48 hours for a response during regular business days.

 
I want to return the product I ordered. What are my options?
If you are not satisfied with your product, please return within 3 days and we will refund you. You also have the option of exchanging your product for another item if you wish to do so. Please see our return policy for more.
